Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Monday, September 25, 1989*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers", New
City Hall, will hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as:
Timberline Farm Master Plan, Case #42-89: Request for a 74.9 acre master
plan to allow for mixed uses, including 286 dwelling units and 313,000 s.f. of
commercial floor area, located on the northeast side of Timberline Road and
Harmony Road, zoned R-L-P, Low Density Planned residential and T, Transi-
tional.
Timberline Farm Parcel "A" - Preliminary, Case #42-89A: Request for 69
single family lots on 20.2 acres, located on the east side of Timberline Road
and south of Caribou Drive, zoned R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential.
Timberline Farm Rezoning, Case #42-89B: Request for a rezoning from rlp,
low density planned residential (19.8 acres) and T, Transitional (1.7 acres), to
21.5 acres of I-P, Industrial Park, located at the northeast corner of Harmony
Road and Timberline Road.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet
of the project based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have
