This letter will confirm our telephone conversation yesterday
afternoon, in which I stated that I had signed the original Plat for
Sunstone Village, Fifth Filing, but that there is a Deed of Trust
against the property, which is not shown on the Plat. That Deed of
Trust will be paid off either today or Monday, I have been assured.
To make certain that the Plat is accurate when recorded, you and
I agreed that the office will hold the Plat until it is confirmed
that the Deed of Trust obligation has been paid in full and released.
I will be in further touch with you, for that purpose.
