Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, December 18, 1989*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City Hall, will hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Sunstone Village, 5th Filing - Final, Case Number 57-86I The applicants are requesting 72 single family residences on 20.2 acres, located on the east side of Timberline Road, 1/2 mile south of Horsetooth Road, off of Caribou Drive, zoned R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
