Dear Rick;
This letter is written on behalf of G.T. Land, Colorado Inc.,
regarding the affect of the Harmony Road Access Control Plan on
the Harmony School property.
It is the owner's understanding that the subject property can
be redeveloped utilizing the existing deeded access as a
right-in/right-out driveway; this access would he expected to
® remain in use until a complete recirculation system is developed
on the adjacent Timberline Farm property. It is further
understood that the Access Control Plan indicates only what are
anticipated to be permanent access points; and because the access
in question may be "temporary" it is not shown on the plan.
If the above description is correct, we are in support of the
Harmony Road Access Control Plan. Thank you for your
consideration of our access needs in the formulation of the
proposed plan.
Sincerely,
Z(lele Z"A.
