PLANNING DEPARTMENT RECEIVED May 4, 1987 SAY 15 1987 Dear Interested Person: PLANNINGDEPARTMENT The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort 'Collins, Colorado, on Monday, May 18, 1987*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City Hall, will hold a public hearing on proposed annexations and zonings in your neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly referred to as Taft Canyon - First Annexation and Zoning, #21-87A and Taft Canyon - Second Annexation and Zoning #21-87B. The applicants are requesting a first annexation and zoning which would consist of approximately .4 acres and zoned T-Transitional and a second annexation and zoning which would consist of approximately .642 acres and zoned T-Transitional. Both annexations and zonings are located south of Horsetooth Road, 1/2 mile west of Taft Hill Road, along the west and south- ern boundary of the Taft Hill Canyon Subdivision. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current Larimer County tax records.
