PROSPECT RD. & 1-25 (8715000021, 8715000022, 8715000009, 8715300003, 8715300002, and 8715300004) Boxelder Sanitation District (BSD) has reviewed the ODP Amendment identified as: PROSPECT & /I-25 ODP Amendment The District hereby advises as follows:  There is no objection to this proposal.  Responses required to comments below.  The District will respond at the hearing date of ______________. Comments: 1) Boxelder will review plans for development in future submittals. 2) The Applicant is proposing an off-site sewer to serve the site. Boxelder Sanitation District has capacity to serve this site in the Drake Interceptor Sewer which approximately 6,000 feet south of Prospect Road and in its wastewater treatment plant. The offsite sewer size will be determined based on proposed land uses for the site and will be determined with detailed flow analysis as the project progresses. 3) Applicant will have to participate in a Sewer Service Agreement with Boxelder Sanitation District for the off-site sewer.
