to match enlargements for landscape plan you could do same on separate pages. Make sure site plan notes match relevant notes from template.Response: The site plan sheet configuration
has been revised as suggested.Comment Number: 7Comment Originated: 09/28/2020FOR HEARING. Site Plan. Building A48 north facade is right on sidewalk. This is a real safety concern
by staff without any separation between the sidewalk and building wall. Per Section 3.8.11 walls need to have minimum 2' separation from sidewalk. Please assess moving the building
east to provide at least 23 feet separation f0r additional landscape buffer. Minimum setback for buildings along Mars Drive is 15 feet so there is room to move Bldg.Response: The building
has been relocated to provide the separation. Placement of buildings have been adjusted overall to meet setback requirements from the fire department. Dimensions are provided on the
site plan.Comment Number: 8Comment Originated: 09/28/2020FOR HEARING: Site Plan/Utility Plan Detail Please include detail of retaining wall to have screen fence along entire length

09/28/2020FOR HEARING: Landscape Plan. Please show overall landscape plan on one page full width, then have two enlargement plans aligned with north on top of page typ. This can also
be done for site plan. Building foundation planting needs to include ground plane planting of shrubs and perennials up to building footprints in all areas. In these same planting areas,
full tree stocking should be included where space allows. Canopy shade trees at 40' spacing, coniferous and ornamental trees planted at 2040' spacing. (see redline)Response: The overall
landscape plan was added to the plans and other plans were adjusted. The building foundation plants have been located as close as possible to the buildings. There is a gap to the actual
foundation to avoid any water issues with irrigation. Additional trees were added to meet the stocking requirements. Based on the parameters of 1 Tree per 40 LF the landscape plan complies.Comment

(see redlines)Response: Additional trees were added to this area.Comment Number: 11Comment Originated: 09/28/2020BY HEARING: Section 3.5.2 Residential Building and Project Compatibility.
The north building elevation of A48 needs to be more compatible with existing residential homes across Skyway by such design measures as stepping down in height, or other architectural
design articulation features to reflect two story height context. See comment above to supplement compatibility by adding additional trees in detention area.Response: The northern
façade of building type A-48 has been modified to better accommodate the neighboring residential homes by stepping back the third level, making that façade 2 stories tall.Department:

the existing temporary access (turnaround) easement at the south end of Mars Drive. For final approval we will want to process the vacation of that easement as well. This will need
to be included in the TDRF application with the other easements to be dedicated and the appropriate fee paid ($400).Response: The easement has been called out on applicable sheets and
is noted to be vacated. Comment Number: 11 Comment Originated: 10/02/201910/02/2019: FOR FINALSome of the proposed grading at the south end of Mars Drive and also along the

FOR FINALThe tiein grading where you are ending Mars Dr. may not exceed 4:1. Theslope is not labeled on the profile or grading plan, but it looks like it may exceed this. Please adjust
grading.Response: As discussed with the reviewer on 10/6, the road termination will include a short temporary rock wall to allow finished grade to tie in at 4:1 or less. The slopes
and wall are called out in the profile view. For portion of Mars Drive that does not extend to the property line a payment in-lieu agreement is requested.10/02/2019: FOR HEARINGMars
Drive needs to be extended/built to the southern property line. Your profile shows the proposed grade of the street ending approximately 2.5 feet below existing grade at the property

in lieu for the portion of the street not constructed with this project.Comment Number: 16 Comment Originated: 10/02/201909/29/2020: INFORMATION ONLYPlease refer to redlines

racks located in the Mars Dr. utility easement be located outside of the easement.Response: The proposed transformers have been removed from the right-of-way. Due to building setback
requirements from the fire department and site constraints, we still propose to provide bike parking along the Utility Easement to allow them to be nearest to the buildings as possible.

queuing required or should the turn lane be extend further to the west?Response: The queue length has been extended to meet the requirements outlined in the updated traffic report.
10/01/2019: BY HEARINGThe traffic study has been received and reviewed. While we agree with the general conclusions that no physical construction is required at the intersection of
College and Skyway, we did ask in the scoping for the study to review the eastbound approach at that intersection and identify whether potential striping changes would improve the function
of that approach. This primarily consists of formalizing the right turning traffic that 'bypasses' the queue for those going straight or left. We would like to see an evaluation and
exhibit that shows what this might look like (Queue lengths, striping etc). This is the number 1 issue for residents in the area, and if this development can mitigate that with striping
changes, we would like to see those implemented.Comment Number: 3 Comment Originated: 09/28/202010/01/2019: BY FINALCDOT has provided a review and comments back. They are

for stormwater discharge will be required since the site is over an acre and should be obtained prior to commencing any construction activities on or off the site. The proximity of the
construction site to existing wetlands should be taken into account during the design of Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) measures. Please ensure that no sediment reaches the wetlands
due to site construction activities and provide all appropriate temporary ESC measures that would accomplish that requirement.09/24/2019: The site disturbs more than 10,000 sq. ft.
and/or meets the criteria for a need for Erosion and Sediment Control Materials to be submitted. The erosion control requirements are located in the Stormwater Design Criteria in Chapter
2 Section 6.0 a copy of the requirements can be found at www.fcgov.com/erosion Please check the erosion control plans with the updated criteria. Thisproject seems to be designed for
erosion control under the old criteria as highlighted by the lack of updated erosion control standard notes, sequence chart or summary table. The full list of erosion control materials
requirements can be found in Chapter 2 section 6.Response: An erosion control report will be provided at time of FDP. Department: Building ServicesContact: Katy Hand, khand@fcgov.comTopic:
