Dear Mr.. Vaught,
The City Staff has completed its review of Healthcare International at Oak
Ridge PUD, preliminary, and has the following comments:
1. The City will require full R-O-W dedication of Rule Drive adjacent to
the north property line of this development at the time of submittal for
final approval.
2. The phasing of the improvements in the Rule Drive R-O-W is acceptable
by the City, however there will have to be an agreement between the Devel-
oper and the City stating the Developer agrees to provide their portion of
all the improvements in the R-O-W when they are to be constructed.
3. Please show pedestrian access ramps and sidewalks around building Per-
imeters (with dimensions).
4. Show detention pond and storm sewer as a drainage easement.
5. The improvements along Lemay R-O-W are currently being worked out with
Everitt Company.
6. Please address how the excess flows will cross Rule Drive.
7. If the alignment of Lemay is changed (i.e. shifted to the west) will
storm sewer be affected?

detention pond.
