Brannan John Dengler and Associates 748 Whalers Way Building E, Suite 200 Fort Collins, CO. 80525 Dear Mr. Brannan: Thank you for your letter regarding the status of the Shoreline P.U.D. and the final documents. The Planning Staff considers the project to be "open" until all the final documents are filed with both the City and the County Clerk. Given the fact that there is no pending appeal, the lack of final documents at this point does not present a problem. Please be aware, however, that the time limit for validity of the final plan is two years from the time of final Planning and Zoning Board approval. Extensions for successive periods of six months may be granted by the Planning Director. The beginning of the two year period for Shoreline P.U.D. is September 28, 1987. This is the date of the Planning and Zoning Board's final approval. The two year period does not begin with .the recording of the final docu- ments.
