Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 Ladies and Gentlemen: 4255 Westshore Way E17 Fort Collins, CO 80525 July 21, 1987 RE: Case Number 32-87 Shoreline PUD Since I live across the street from the proposed PUD I am quite concerned about its presence. When I was in the process of buying my condominium unit, I was assured by the developer that I would have an unhindered view of Harmony Reservoir. I have since learned that the developer was "mistaken" and that the proposed location of the PUD was never intended to be a greenbelt. Although I have no recourse for the above problem, I am concerned that there are so many units planned for such a small area. The density is the same as the houses recently constructed to the North of the proposed site where, in some cases, there are only a few feet between houses. I request that the Planning and Zoning board limit the number of lots to eight instead of twelve. This would help maintain property values as well as allow some view of Harmony Reservoir.
