Mr. Ted Shepard
Project Planner, City of Fort Collins
P.O. Box 580
Fort Collins, CO 80522
Dear Ted:
This letter is written on behalf of the Harmony Cove Condominium Association
in reference to your letter of July 13, 1987 announcing the public hearing
for the proposed P.U.D., titled The Shoreline P.U.D. Your Case Number #3287.
The Harmony Cove Board of Directors and residents believes that planning and
zoning should only consider this project for approval if the developer agrees
to annex this P.U.D. into The Landings Community Association. Architecture of
the P.U.D. is of great importance to the members of The Landings and to the
members of Harmony Cove, as this proposed development will be quite visible to
many of the Landings residents and to a majority of the Harmony Cove residents.
Further, rights to Warren Lake and Harmony Reservoir are only available to
members of The Landings Community Association. The Harmony Cove Board has an
additional concern with the number of units planned for the area and suggests
that the number be limited to eight homes.
Thank you for your time. Again we strongly urge you to require that The Shore-
line P.U.D. be required to join The Landings Community Association. Members of
the Harmony Cove Condominium Association will attend the Monday evening meeting
to enforce this viewpoint.
Sincerely,
Harmony Cove Board of Directors
