Ladies and Gentlemen:.
As residents of Harmony *ove, 4255 'Nestshore Way, J-33, my
husband and i 7tronly protest disturbing the strip of land
known as the Shoreline, P.U.D., Cane ,Y32-87.
Our reasons may appear selfish, but the view of the lake is
enjoyed by our entire complex, not our selves exclusively.
'-Ne object to developement plans on the basis of loss of
habitat for waterfoil and other wildlife which provide so much
pleasure for all of us.
In addition, we, anticipate, problems with the. drainage ditch
that was discussed in your July 27 meeting. The ditch runs through
Harmony Cove, and if covered could fill up and cause; seepage... a
ma jo•r concern since we all have: basements.
This is a nature sanctuary, where children play aiP-Yp'--br111e
hike, fish and ice skate, with free access to the water should they
wis!", to put a boat on it. All that will be denied our neighborhood
if you decide to act on the request to erect twelve homes on those
3.008 acres.
The once —beautiful southwest corner of Harmony 3oad and Coll—
ege Aven,.ie gas already been rained by someone's grreed. is trere
anything we can do to prevent further urban sprawl on our quiet
little street?
Most Sincerely,
` o.ovj
