The final design for the shoreline natural area shall be clearly defined and in sufficient detail on the final landscape plan. 2. The final design and treatment of Tract B shall be clearly defined and in sufficient detail on the final landscape plan. 3. All 1-1/2" caliper deciduous street trees shall be upgraded to a minimum of 1-3/4" caliper on the final landscape plan. 4. A note shall be added to the final site plan stating that maintenance and weed control of undeveloped areas shall clearly be the responsibil- ity of the homeowners' association or the developer. 5. Permission from all owners of interest in Harmony Reservoir should be obtained by the time of final submittal. 6. The final design of building envelopes for Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 (all lots except lots 5 and 7) shall be setback from the street a minimum of 34 feet in order to allow four off-street parking spaces in the driveway. 7. The final submittal shall include an accurate survey of the shoreline of Harmony Reservoir specifically including the inlet ditch and the Vermeu- len property. 9. The existing Russian Olive which would be removed by the building on Lot 5 shall be relocated elsewhere on the property.
