to the plan set clarifying how the project will meet LUC 3.8.13(C)(1) Setbacks. During the discussions with Brendan Thomson when the plans were originally submitted, he indicated that
the structure could be made to "collapse rather than topple" per the standard below. Please indicate how this will be achieved on the plans. This is an issue because the tower height
is 65' and the setback from the new ROW is 59' 3". The code section states: "Setbacks. With respect to a wireless telecommunication facility that is a tower or a monopole, the setback
of the facility from the property lines shall be one (1) foot for every foot of height. However, to the extent that it can be demonstrated that the structure will collapse rather than
topple, this requirement can be waived by the Director. "Resolution: The tower has been moved to meet a 1:1 setback requirement from the ROW. See page A-1 For detailsComment

page references title work that may yet need to be completed. Please work with staff to resolve these redlines prior to hearing.Resolution: Plat has been revised. See revised plat for

the proposed electric transformer is to be located as shown on the plans then the new 10ft Verizon utility easement will need to be a utility easement dedicated to the City. If this
is not desired, we can place the new transformer in the utility easement along Midpoint Dr but the private secondary service run will lengthen from the transformer to the meter location.
Please contact me to discuss this easement and transformer location.Resolution: Transformer will remain as shown in the plans. Per Tyler Siegmund, the easement can be a Non exclusive
easement so both the city and other utilities (Verizon) can be routed within it. See revised plat for language on non exclusive City of Fort Collins Easement and non exclusive easement
for Verizon Wireless.Department: ForestryContact: Molly Roche, 2246161992, mroche@fcgov.comTopic: Landscape PlansComment Number: 4 Comment Originated: 11/19/20186/8/2020:

question has not been addressed. Please clarify the distance between the edge of the utility easement and the proposed evergreen tree. The scale is not clear. City Forestry would like
to see at least 15’ separation between the tree and the easement. Can the trees be shifted north of the easement to meet this separation suggestion?11/19/2018: Please clarify the distance
