FOR FINAL:
This storm line is sitting against the
retaining wall. Can it be moved 4-6 feet
away from wall?

Detail of this structure
needed for FDP
?
FOR HEARING:
Where is gas going to
be relocated to? (typ)
Final design will need spot
elevations for underdrain inverts
and any necessary details for
underdrain system.
This system will be
private
FOR HEARING:
If storm pipe will be in PSCO
easement, we will need confirmation
from Xcel that this will be acceptable.
Will this easement be vacated?
This will require a letter of intent
before PnZ hearing.
Also you are placing a wall in the
PCSO easement.
The underdrain linework needs to show up more clearly.
I have suggested a different alignment for the private
underdrain system. See the redlined Lanscape Plans.
We do not want 2 private underdrains in the ROW.
28 cfs
(18cfs street, 10-
cfs pipe.
FOR FINAL:
Please add design point summary table.
LID and WQ summary table
Ex =68 cfs
Pr = 67 cfs
Ex =32.5 cfs
Pr =74 cfs
FOR HEARING:
Please add labels to the drainage map
showing ex and pr flows at these 2 locations.
(and confirm these flow are correct or revise)
How much street flow is getting picked up
here?
What is bypass flow? 18-cfs? where will
this go?

Add note for SS service to be
wrapped 10-feet each side of
crossing.
FOR HEARING:
I want to see that this system can work. Please show me
invert elevs, slopes, and crossing vertical clearances.
This could be as simple as a redlined plan sent back to me for an
"offline" review and then a phone discussion
FOR HEARING:
Confirm this flow rate
FOR HEARING:
Confirm this flow rate
for the design condition
(10-yr tail water)
Can storm get over the
SS Main here?
I know we have discussed this.
Could you show me why this option will
not work?
We do not want the storm crossing
the gas at this shallow of an angle.
Are there any other options to
connect this storm pipe into the
storm main?
