Dear Sir or Madam,
On May 18, 1987, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins
approved with conditions The Point PUD, Terry Point Estates - #27-87.
The conditions are as follows:
1. The developer is strongly encouraged to leave an area of land at the
water's edge in a natural state to lessen the potential degradation of
the water from erosion and the runoff of fertilizer and other matter.
2. The developer shall pay the Off -Site Street Improvement Ordinance Waiver
Fee to Larimer County.
