RE: Front Range Village, Second Replat, Final, Compass Bank, #12-09
Attached please find the latest revision for Front Range Village, Second Replat,
Final, Compass Bank. This is a replat of Lot Two, a pad site west of Corbett
Drive. This Replat was approved by the Hearing Officer on April 24, 2009.
The changes are as follows:
The lot increases in width by 12 feet from 160 to 172 feet.
An 82-foot wide "view corridor" (for the benefit of Lowe's) divided
between Lots Two and Three is now indicated.
The drainage easement on the north has been adjusted
accordingly.
A Minor Amendment, MA-08-000-52, recently completed three rounds of review
and was approved. This approved Minor Amendment, however, shows a lot
width of 160 feet.
A new Minor Amendment is being circulated by Zoning that now indicates a lot
width of 172 feet.
This revised Plat and new Minor Amendment represents the first time since
March 12, 2009 that Front Range Village, Lowe's, Compass Bank, Stantec
(representing Bayer Properties) and Ziegler -Cooper (representing Compass
Bank) are all on the same page.
