Re: Raintree Animal Hospital - Response to Staff Comments
Dear Steve:
Thank you for your review comments dated February 24, 2000. This letter is in response
to those comments. The response numbers correspond to your comment numbers.
1. The actual use of this project is a veterinary clinic and therefore the name of the PDP
was changed to Raintree Animal Clinic. The clinic will not be providing overnight care
other than when necessary for the medical treatment of the animal.
2. There will not be a replat. All of the right of way and easment dedications are being
performed through separate instruments.
3. Acknowledged, note 15 on the site plan has been revised to state the fire authority's
requirements.
4a. Envelope has been shown and dimensioned on enlarged site plan.
4b. The entire parking lot, walkways and building have been shifted north 18" to resolve
this issue. The parking table stall dimensions have also been revised accordingly.
4c. The animal relief areas cannot be relocated to the yard area as their primary purpose is
to allow the animals to relieve themselves prior to going in the front door of the.
building. If they were in the yard area they would not be readily visible or accessible.
General note 15 has been revised to state that the areas will be cleaned daily rather
than weekly.
