On Thursday, April 13, 2000, beginning at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as
possible, 281 North College Avenue*, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an
Administrative Public Hearing for Raintree Animal Hospital, #28-98A.
The request is for construction of a new 6,600 square foot animal hospital on a 0.36 acre
site, located west of South Shields Street, south of Evenstar Court and north of Raintree
Drive. The property is zoned NC — Neighborhood Commercial.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
