As per our letter to you dated August 3, 1998, the Cultural; Lirary, and Recreational
Services (CI.RS) staff agree in concept to your cross access and parkin easements proposal as
shown on the attached exhibit. As before, nnce all the planning issues llaq been resolved by staff,
CUtS will submit an ordinance to City Council recommending approV.al rf the access and parking
casements. I
