On Monday, June 28, 2001, at 4:00 p.m., at 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins,
Colorado, 80525, the Hearing Officer of the City of Fort Collins will hold a public hearing
to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as
Rigden Farm Parkside East Replat, File #56-98L.
This is a request to replat the property known as Rigden Farm Parkside East from a
single lot to 8 lots. Originally, when the 38 unit multifamily project was approved, all
units were located on the same lot. This is a request to create a lot for each of the
approved multifamily buildings. There are no changes to the approved site plan,
landscape plan, or elevations. The site is located east of Rigden Parkway, north of Des
Moines, and south and west of Canby Way. The property is zoned LMN, Low Density
Mixed Use Neighborhood.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
