BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALLEYS
A, B, AND C IN GRANDVIEW ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND
THOSE ALLEYS EAST OF PEARL STREET
IN THE HENSEL SUBDIVISION IN THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the owners of the property adjoining the same
have petitioned the City Council to vacate the following described
alleys in the Grandview Addition to the City of Fort Collins, and
the following described alleys in the Hensel Subdivision to the
City of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property adjacent to said alleys
have requested that the City vacate the same; and
WHEREAS, said alleys are not needed for municipal purposes
nor will the same be needed for municipal purposes in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS:
That the following described alleys, to -wit:
Alleys A, B, and C in Grandview Addition to the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, and those alleys
east of Pearl Street located in the Hensel
Subdivision in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
be, and the same hereby. are, vacated, abated and abolished
reserving however, to the City of Fort Collins, an easement for
all utility lines now in place in such vacated alleys including
the right to service, remove, replace, repair and reconstruct
such utility lines and right of access thereto.
