We have put together Operational Conditions that outline the rules and perimeters of restrictions imposed on events held at the Solarium. Some key components in regards to parking are: we will have an agreement in place before the approval to ensure there is sufficient off-site parking. We provide a parking attendand and event manager for all events at the Solarium. We will not permit amplified music, and all music will be finished by an enforced curfew. For a more detailed description please refer to the Operational Conditions. Safety in regards to stover/Stuart cross-walk, building identification: We welcome the improvements to the front of 706 East Stuart, the sidewalk and the parking lot. Our hope is to correct the slope and make a safer, oneway, entry drive-through parking lot. We would correct the width of the sidewalk and street ramp to be handicap accessible. Concerns regarding retail: we limit our sales to travel incidentals like toothpaste and sweatshirts. The yoga cooperative has relocated as of October 2019 720 East Stuart: I have reached out to 720 East Stuart on six occasions to discuss possible solutions, over email and in person. I have determined there is over 300 feet of my property that I can make into a restricted zone, where I prevent any activity from her fence line. She has not responded, but I am hoping she may consider this an act of good faith. My two most direct neighbors have given me verbal and written support.
