A Minor Amendment will be necessary for the landscape plan. It appears that
the approved site and landscape plans for the original lots (the first link below)
does not show street trees abutting the lots and also there are no street trees
shown in the previous filing that first built the road abutting the undeveloped lots
(the second link below).

(removing Planned Land Division, since this is not going through a County
process).

County. The language should be updated to be more in conformance with City

The indication of an Irrigation Easement being dedicated along Spruce Creek
Drive in the same area being dedicated as a Utility Easement and Drainage
Easement should be clarified in the dedication statement as not being
dedicated to the City and is being dedicated to the irrigation company.

easement for dry utilities and any irrigation lines
