Re: Headlight Mitigation for 2712 Walkaloosa Way, Lot 10 Condition of Approval
Dear Rebecca,
On August 6, 2019 at 12:44pm I received a voice mail from Todd O’Brien (720-236-
8209). He identified himself as the owner of 2712 Walkaloosa Way (Lot 10). He said he
had some question in regard to what was being shown for the mitigation landscaping.
I called him shortly after to discuss the plans with him. He was concerned that since
his two spruce trees in his backyard were being identified on the plans that we were
proposing to do something to them. I explained that these were shown merely as an
existing feature that would also serve in blocking headlights into his home.
He was happy to hear that the oaks along Miles House were being replaced and was
fine with the proposed species. He also mentioned that he had no problem with the
daycare going in.
