Comment Number: 17 07/12/2019: FOR FINAL PLAN: In the drainage report, the Rational FAA calculation for the proposed detention storage has a potential error in the "Vol. Out Vo" Column. I calculate lower values when I checked this. This would result in slightly higher storage requirements. Please double check the coding of your calculation spreadsheet for this column. As discussed, the trees in the drive thru median have been relocated. 2. The street tree on Kensington that was too close to the street light has been switched to a crabapple. 3. As discussed in our staff review meeting, the existing green ash tree along College will be shown as removed. 4. For the trees to remain along Kensington, dimensions have been added from the trunks to the 4 critical root zones. Topic: Landscape Plans Comment Number: 12 7/16/2019: FOR FINAL APPROVAL – UNRESOLVED: Thank you for updating the tree symbol for tree #11 on sheet L-3. However, on sheet L-1 this tree is shown as EXISTING TREE TO REMAIN. Since this tree is to be removed, please remove the tree symbol from this sheet. In addition, this same tree is shown to remain on the utility plans sheet 2. Please place an X over the symbol. This tree’s symbol should also be removed from sheet 3 of the utility plans. RESPONSE: The tree is being removed and the tree symbol has been grayed out on Sheet L-1. On Sheet L-3, there is now an ‘X’ placed over the tree. The tree symbol has also been corrected on the civil sheets. 05/13/2019: FOR HEARING: Tree #11 is shown to be removed in the Tree Inventory and Mitigation table, but does not have the correct symbol on sheet L-3. RESPONSE: An ‘X’ is now over the tree. Comment Number: 15 7/16/2019: FOR FINAL PLAN: The Sterling Silver Linden tree that is proposed along Kensington Drive is less than 40 ft from the existing streetlight.
