Austrian Pine (#4 per tree inventory plan) (13.5”) This tree was designated as being in fair condition by Forestry. This tree is proposed for removal due to a conflict with new drive-thru lane. 2. Austrian Pine (#5 per tree inventory plan) (15.5”) This tree was designated as being in good condition by Forestry. This tree is proposed for removal due to a conflict with new drive-thru lane. 3. Aspen (#6 per tree inventory plan) (8”) This tree was designated as being in fair condition by Forestry. This tree is proposed for removal due to a conflict with new trash enclosure. 4. Austrian Pine (#7 per tree inventory plan) (16”) This tree was designated as being in fair condition by Forestry. This tree is proposed for removal due to a conflict with new drive. 5. Austrian Pine (#8 per tree inventory plan) (11”) This tree was designated as being in fair condition by Forestry. This tree is proposed for removal due to a conflict with new parking area. 6. Austrian Pine (#9 per tree inventory plan) (13”) This tree was designated as being in fair-plus condition by Forestry. This tree is proposed for removal due to a conflict with new parking area. 7. Pinyon Pine (#10 per tree inventory plan) (5”) This tree was not given a designated condition by Forestry. This tree is proposed for removal due to a conflict with new parking area. 8. Green Ash (#11 per tree inventory plan ) (17”) This tree is proposed for removal due to its structure and impending root impacts from the sidewalk expansion along College Avenue. Forestry will not provide Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) treatments to this tree and recommend its removal at time of development.
