THE UNDERSIGNED SHALL ALSO CORRECT AND REPAIR, OR CAUSE TO BE CORRECTED AND REPAIRED, ALL DAMAGES TO SAID IMPROVEMENTS RESULTING FROM DEVELOPMENT-RELATED OR BUILDING-RELATED ACTIVITIES.
