The comment is stated as follows: CommentNumber:18 Comment0riginated: O7/O9|2AL9 07/O9/2A19: FOR FINAL PLAN APPROVAL. Elaborate on removalvia passive relocation of approximately 0.30ac of black-tailed prairie dogs from limits of - development (LOD). Details will be included in the Development Agreement. lmplementation of the technique will be verified by City staff prior to issuance of Development Construction Permit (DCP). Please submit a formalwritten and signed statement from the property owner of the receiving site that is providing permission to direct prairie dogs onto that property. Essentially that the property owner is willing to accept prairie dogs. My company is the applicant for Fox Grove Subdivision Second Filing on Lot 1 of the Lee MLD and is the owner of Lot 2 that adjoins to the west. The prairie dog area on the Second Filing property immediately adjoins Lot 2. The owner of Lot 2 acknowledges and accepts that the development of Fox Grove Subdivision Second Filing will result in Lot 2 receiving prairie dogs from that development.
