DESCRIPTION:
A Fire Access Easement being a portion of Tract C, Bucking Horse Filing Two, located in the
Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., City of Fort
Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the Southwesterly line of Tract C, Bucking Horse Filing Two as bearing South 42° 31'
38" East and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
COMMENCING at the West corner of Tract C, Bucking Horse Filing Two, thence along the
Southwesterly line of Tract C, South 42° 31' 38" East, 85.58 feet to POINT OF BEGINNING 1;
thence, North 45° 00' 00" East, 18.76 feet; thence along a curve concave to the West having a central
angle of 90° 00' 00" with a radius of 5.00 feet, an arc length of 7.85 feet and the chord of which bears
North 00° 00' 00" East, 7.07 feet; thence, North 45° 00' 00" West, 23.00 feet; thence along a curve
concave to the East having a central angle of 90° 00' 00" with a radius of 36.00 feet, an arc length of
56.55 feet and the chord of which bears North 00° 00' 00" West, 50.91 feet; thence, North 45° 00' 00"
East, 100.00 feet to Point A; thence along a curve concave to the South having a central angle of 90°

196.79 feet to the Southwesterly line of Tract C; thence along said Southwesterly line, North 42° 31'
38" West, 24.02 feet to POINT OF BEGINNING 1;
