Comment Summary: Department: Engineering Development Review Contact: Spencer Smith, 970-221-6603, smsmith@fcgov.com Topic: General Comment Number: 5 06/24/2019: EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT: It appears that the EAE is encroaching into parking spaces and landscaping islands/curb and gutter. I believe that PFA needs a clear, unobstructed path dedicate for the emergency access. Please coordinate with PFA and adjust linework as needed (see redlines for areas of concern). Minor Amendment site plan - Please show the proposed easement linework as it is being dedicated on the plat (See redlines). Response: The linework reflects true surveyed points and is not obstructed by parking islands as the plan shows. The plan is based off of older, scaled drawings, which likely explain the apparent discrepancy.
