RE: Existing Tree Removal Feasibility
The following trees are proposed to be removed and mitigated at the Landmark Apartments site
located south of Shields and east of the existing Landmark Apartments.
1. Crab Apple (#1 per sheet 2 landscape plans) (3 stems:1”-3”)
This tree is proposed for removal due to a conflict with the proposed fence and
construction of the new building.
2. Siberian Elm (#2 per sheet 2 landscape plans) (7 stems: 5”-8”)
This tree conflicts with the location of the building and was noted as dead or dying.
3. Siberian Elm (#4 per sheet 2 landscape plans) (6”)
This tree conflicts with proposed parking lot.
4. Siberian Elm (#5 per sheet 3 landscape plans) (13”)
This tree conflicts with proposed parking lot.
5. Siberian Elm (#6 per sheet 3 landscape plans) (8” double stem)
This tree conflicts with proposed parking lot.
6. Honeylocust (#10 per sheet 3 landscape plans) (2”)
This tree conflicts with the proposed pedestrian spine.
7. Siberian Elm (#11 per sheet 3 landscape plans) (4”)
This tree conflicts with the proposed building location.
8. Ash (#12 per sheet 3 landscape plans) (2”-5” multi-stem)
This tree conflicts with the proposed pedestrian spine.
