Matt-
Thank you for your phone call today regarding the C-1 Form and One-Line Diagram. I was able to
talk with a couple people from our group and we are okay with proceeding without a C-1 Form and
One-Line Diagram, but wanted to point out some of the risks involved with moving forward. I want
everyone to understand that if the C-1 Form and One-Line Diagram results in additional
transformers to be placed on the site, it will require additional work and time to revise previously
approved plans. Some of the rework that may be required, but not limited to are a revision to the
Utility Plans, Landscape Plan and Site Plan requiring a formal Minor Amendment process, additional
easement(s) dedicated by separated document, revision to the Right-of-Way Use Permit for WAPA,
etc. As long as everyone accepts this risk, Light and Power is fine with resolving that requirement
prior to mylars. Let me know if anyone has any questions or concerns. Thanks.

Sorry Jennifer but we are too preliminary to speculate on the building mechanical and refrigeration
loads at this point. This should not be atypical with the City. Chuck is our EE. A C-1 form is typically
provided during the permit process. . . when design is done or at least further down the road where
he can assess true loads and not guesswork. We feel it is irresponsible to guess at this form and find
it weird that they are adamant.

Cody,
Here is the title commitment and previous plat for the Growth Leasing property. The
transmission line easement appears to have been dedicated with the Evergreen Park plat and I
don’t see any restrictions for the proposed electrical vault.
Also, there are no dedications in the title for the irrigation ditch, none appear on the ALTA, or
on the Evergreen Park plat from 1977.
