TOP OF FOUNDATION MUST BE AT LEAST 6" ABOVE THE HIGHEST GRADE SURROUNDING ALL PROPOSED BUILDINGS. 2. THERE MUST BE A MINIMUM GRADE OF 5% AWAY FROM THE FOUNDATION WITHIN THE FIRST 5 TO 10 FEET ADJACENT TO ALL PROPOSED BUILDINGS. 3.
