Considering the West line of Tract N of Proposed Hansen Farm, as bearing North 03º02'18"
West and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
COMMENCING at the Southwesterly corner of said Tract N; thence along said line, North
03°02’18” West, 253.46 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence departing said line, South
86°57’42” West, 20.00 feet; thence, North 03°02’18” West, 30.00 feet; thence, North 86°57’42”
East, 20.00 feet to a point on the West line of said Tract N; thence along said line, South
03°02’18” East, 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The above described parcel contains 600 square feet, more or less and is subject to all easements
and rights-of-way now on record or existing.

thence, North 49°45’28” West, 30.00 feet; thence, North 40°14’33” East, 20.00 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
