THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS STREET DEPARTMENT OPERATES A CRUSHING OPERATION THAT WILL ACCEPT CONCRETE MATERIAL AT NO COST FOR CRUSHING AND RE-USE AS RECYCLED AGGREGATE.
