Re: Existing Tree Removal Feasibility
The following trees (listed by mitigation tree number) are proposed to be removed and mitigated as required
at the South 13 / Lot 13A site located at 5724 Bueno Drive, Fort Collins.
1. Willow (38”) This tree is in poor condition and is proposed for removal due to poor health. 3 matching street
trees are proposed for the required 2.5 tree mitigation.
2. Siberian Elm (<11”) These three tree clusters with eleven stems are proposed for removal since they are
undesirable trees and conflict with the driveway or proposed mitigation tree for #1. No mitigation required.
