Please provide me with the signed and Colorado attorney certified Deed of Dedication and recording fees to
finalize the easement dedication process. I have included the standard deed of dedication template in the
redlines folder. If there are any suggested changes to the content in the template besides filling in the
missing information, the changes will need to be routed to the City Attorneys Office for review before
approving the deed of dedication.

2018 IFC CODE ADOPTION
Poudre Fire Authority and the City of Fort Collins (Town of Timnath, Larimer County) are in the process of
adopting the 2018 International Fire Code. Code adoption is anticipated in early 2019. Building plan reviews
shall be subject to the adopted version of the fire code in place at the time of plan review submittal
and permit application. 2018 IFC CODE ADOPTION Poudre Fire Authority and the City of Fort Collins (Town
