State of Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the Southwesterly line of Tract C, Bucking Horse Filing Two as bearing South 42°
31' 38" East and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
COMMENCING at the West corner of Tract C, Bucking Horse Filing Two, thence along the
Southwesterly line of Tract C, South 42° 31' 38" East, 85.58 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence, North 45° 00' 00" East, 149.53 feet; thence, South 45° 00' 00" East, 24.00
feet; thence, South 45° 00' 00" West, 150.57 feet to the Southwesterly line of Tract C; thence
along said Southwesterly line, North 42° 31' 38" West, 24.02 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
