Response to comment 6 The commercial property is located in the northwest quadrant of the Suniga/West Site Access intersection. Table 1 shows the Trip Generation for the commercial property. Figure 1 shows revised short range (2022) total peak hour traffic at the key intersections. Figure 2 shows revised long range (2040) total peak hour traffic at the key intersections. Table 1 shows the short range (2022) total peak hour traffic operations at the Suniga/West Site Access intersection. Table 2 shows the long range (2040) total peak hour traffic operations at the Suniga/West Site Access intersection. The Suniga/West Site Access intersection will meet the City of Fort Collins Motor Vehicle LOS Standard in the short range (2022) and long range (2040) futures with commercial property. Response to comment 7 Figure 3 shows the revised short range (2022) geometry. Figure 4 shows the revised long range (2040) geometry.
