Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
The concept review indicated that there is no comment on the minor subdivision. The subdivision
process can move forward with any additional traffic information. Please consider this email to suffice
your requirement for a TIS waiver for the subdivision project.
As noted in the concept review comments, once a PDP is submitted for a change in land use, we’ll need
to take a look at the traffic impacts.

This is CDR180061 – there was some confusion at conceptual as to the address of the property, but as
Klara mentioned below it is 3500 John F Kennedy Pkwy, parcel 9725313024. Just south of the Foothills

Hi Martina,
I am working on small sub-division plat project on a property close to the mall. We recently submitted
our concept plan for review and are now gearing up to submit the new plat with addition of a new lot
line. No new development is being proposed on the new lot - the client anticipates that once a potential
developer comes along, they will undergo the formal PDP process at which time all the typical submittal
requirement will be met. In order for us to submit the BDR application we will need a waiver from Traffic
Ops for confirmation that we won’t need a TIS at this stage of the development process. Let me know if
there is anything else you will need from me, or if you need to hop on a call to discuss.
