09/04/2018: From the letter that was sent to Kimberly Mary on March 6, 2018, the payment in lieu and
construction of Aran street will be deferred. This will require the owner/developer to enter into a development
agreement with the City.
This process is underway.

09/04/2018: There is a payment in lieu required before first building permit for the College frontage which an
estimate was provided to Kimberly Mary dated 3/20/2018. This will be addressed in the development agreement
with the owner/developer as well.

09/25/2018: The right-of-way shown to be dedicated for Aran St is still 33' on the subdivision plat submittal.
Please increase this to 36'.
This has been corrected on the Plat to match the site plan.
09/04/2018: There is an accepted cross section for Aran St that is not in the Larimer County Urban Area Street
Standards currently and would require an additional 3' of right-of-way to be dedicated on this property for Aran St
to bring the total right-of-way dedication to 36'.
