Comment Summary: Department: Engineering Development Review Contact: Morgan Uhlman, 970-416-4344, muhlman@fcgov.com Topic: General Comment Number: 1 MA 09/04/2018: From the letter that was sent to Kimberly Mary on March 6, 2018, the payment in lieu and construction of Aran street will be deferred. This will require the owner/developer to enter into a development agreement with the City. This process is underway. Comment Number: 2 MA 09/04/2018: There is a payment in lieu required before first building permit for the College frontage which an estimate was provided to Kimberly Mary dated 3/20/2018. This will be addressed in the development agreement with the owner/developer as well. This process is underway. Comment Number: 3 MA/1 BDR 09/25/2018: The right-of-way shown to be dedicated for Aran St is still 33' on the subdivision plat submittal. Please increase this to 36'.
