07/20/2018: The provided description of enclosure on page Z2 and material sample is appropriate,
though, more detailed drawings are still needed. Drawings should include a close-up elevation view
of the enclosure. Make sure to provide door and flashing details.
[RESPONSE] Added larger scale elevations of enclosures. Door of Concealment Structure will be
FRP and no flashing will be necessary

07/20/2018: To achieve co-location requirements is it possible to show an outline of where future
equipment can be provided within the enclosure? If not, please explain.
[RESPONSE] This design is such that any future carriers will need to work with the landlord for
future lease space.

Please make sure the lights are 3,000K and full cutoff.
[RESPONSE] Cut Sheets for the Emergency Light Fixtures are being provided. All lights will be
located below screen walls and pointed down

building add flashing as described in comment 1.
[RESPONSE] Done, new Concealment walls have been held back and located over bearing walls
below, new band has been added at tome and will match the color of the existing penthouse
gutters/flashing

stormwater. It appears the proposed bores are in the vicinity of existing water and will cross
existing stormwater pipes in multiple locations; please review "Columbine East Long-Term Care"
plans that show utilities for this property. Please locate and show these existing utilities on the
plans, provide adequate separation, and show crossing conflicts and how they will be addressed.
[RESPONSE] Drawings have been updated to include existing Water / Stormwater pipes in the
area of the new Fiber Service Run, and the crossings identifed. Notes have been added for
Contractor to locate existing pipe and verify depth for new borings.
