The development team intends to create pedestrian and vehicular openings, as illustrated in
the Memorandum of Understanding exhibit. The applicant has met with Ms. Nicol, the
neighbor impacted, on multiple occasions. Generally, both parties are amenable to the
proposed and are working towards a mutually agreed statement of understanding.
