The revisions will be removed for the final, recorded versions, but the revision notes are necessary for the engineers to keep track of the versions before the final version. The date and year has been added at this location. Comment Number: 2 This requested comment has been added to the drawing sets. Comment Number: 3 These notes have been added to the utilities drawing set. Comment Number: 4 The driveway has been shown as concrete in the drawing sets. Comment Number: 5 Atlas is in the process of putting together the documents necessary to dedicate this easement to the City. Atlas hopes to dedicate this easement to the City after going to hearing in order to ensure it can develop the project before dedicating the easement. Atlas requests that the dedication of the easements be a condition of approval for this project. The proposed fire lane will be dedicated to the city of Fort Collins as an Emergency Access Easement. Comment Number: 4 This correction has been made throughout Atlas’s update drawing sets. Comment Number: 5 The equipment cabinet will be around 9ft tall, and the surrounding fence will be 6ft. Verizon’s equipment will be place at the back of the compound, making it less visible. The top of the equipment compound may be visible depending on the vantage point. Comment Number: 2 Because there is essentially no elevation change at the site of the tower, water will not flow into the brick landscaping wall. In addition, because the brick landscaping wall is one sided, any standing water will be able to easily flow around the wall.
