1. Landscape is proposed as discussed with zoning staff.
2. 4 bike parking spaces are proposed under the covered front patios of the existing building.
3. A trash enclosure is proposed at the rear of the building. See details provided with the landscape
plan.
4. The building and all roof-top equipment are existing. No work is planned for the exterior of the
building at this time.
5. The unpaved area to the rear of the property is intended for future potential development. It will
not be utilized for parking at this time. Measures will be taken to prevent parking in this area for
the time being.
