GENERAL NOTES:
1. CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND LARIMER
COUNTY URBAN AREA STREET STANDARDS (LUCASS).
2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN TO THE THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL PRIOR TO ANY CONSTRUCTION IN THE RIGHT OF WAY.
3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE EROSION CONTROL MEASURES AND ADJUST BASED
ON CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
4. CONTRACTOR SHALL POTHOLE EXISTING UTILITIES TO VERIFY LOCATION AND DEPTH
PRIOR TO BEGINNING CONSTRUCTION. IF A CONFLICT IS DISCOVERED, THE CONTRACTOR
SHALL STOP WORK AND NOTIFY THE OWNER. LOCATIONS SHOWN ARE BASED ON UTILITY
ONE CALL AND MAY DIFFER FROM ACTUAL.
5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BACKFILL AND COMPACT PER GEOTECHNICAL
RECOMMENDATIONS, CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND LUCASS STANDARDS.
6. ONCE CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE EROSION
CONTROL MEASURES, SEED AND MULCH THE DISTURBED AREAS. WADDLES SHALL BE
INSTALLED TO MINIMIZE SEDIMENT RUNOFF.
7. WATER SERVICE SHALL BE 1 INCH COPPER AND BURIED A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET BELOW THE
EXISTING SURFACE. CONNECTIONS AND INSTALLATION SHALL BE PER CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AND LUCASS STANDARDS.
8. ELECTRICAL AND GAS SERVICE SHALL BE INSTALLED PER BUILDING CODE AND SERVICE
PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS.
9. REMOVE TREES AS NEEDED TO INSTALL PROPOSED UTILITIES.
