Appointments are required for all submittals or resubmittals – please call 970-416-2740 to schedule. A
paper copy of this checklist, all submittal materials and fee payments are due at the time of project
submittal.
Only complete submittals are accepted. The submittal may be returned to the applicant if any required
materials or application fees are missing or insufficient. Submittals received Monday morning through
Wednesday noon will be routed for review the same week and submittals received after Wednesday
noon will be held and routed the following week.
This checklist shall be used in tandem with the Submittal Requirements Document. Applicant must
complete this checklist and acknowledgement of Submittal Requirements Document on page three.
This checklist applies to the following review types: BDR, PDP, FDP, ODP, APU, PUD, SPAR, CDP,
MJA. Refer to the Submittal Requirements Document for a description of these review types.
The following checklist of items are required unless city staff indicates an item is Waived,
Deferred or Not Applicable. This checklist must be reviewed, completed and accepted by staff
prior to project routing. A Notice of Acceptance shall be issued to the Applicant by Friday of the
week the project is routed. The Notice will indicate that the project contains the necessary
materials so that review can begin. If submittal is deemed incomplete, the applicant will be
required to revise and resubmit their project with the required materials.
