Our office has many talented landscape architects, planners and designers. We have provided planning and design services to both public and private sector clients in Northern Colorado for over twenty-five years. We offer a wide range of services aimed at helping clients achieve their visions and goals. Services include land planning, urban design, landscape architecture, and entitlement. The talented design team at Ripley Design Inc. is committed to creative problem solving, design excellence, and above all client satisfaction. We are often coordinating and leading the design team at the beginning of a project as the conceptual site plan evolves. We believe working closely with architects, civil engineers, traffic engineers, and environmental consultants in a cooperative, problem solving process that drives creative and successful design solutions. In addition, everyone at Ripley Design Inc. understands the importance of producing work on time and within budget. 3 4 What We Do What We Do what we do Project Coordination Ripley will communicate directly with City, Town or County plan review staff to get your project approved, and we’ll lay out the requirements in language you can understand. We will lead your design team through the required meetings and submittals. We will prepare and continually maintain a project schedule so you will know the status of your development. We will advise on strategy when site issues arise. We will prepare and present your project at public hearings. Lastly, we will guide the project through final approvals and assist in acquisition of the development construction permits necessary for the construction of your project to begin. Land Planning Development codes are our expertise. Land use codes govern site, landscape and building design criteria. With our code expertise, we will lead the design of the site and landscape. We work closely with the civil engineer and architect in the placement of utilities, storm water facilities and the building. Ripley Design will prepare the necessary land use charts and tables and plans required by the local review agency. We will prepare the project narratives and objectives. And, if required we will prepare and defend variance and modification requests. Site, Landscape and Amenity Design As it says in our company name, we are designers.
