Phasing a park is not easy, certain elements need to be considered to be successful.
Streets Facility Park Analysis:
• Safe pedestrian access
Temporary asphalt connection, parking, and signalized crossing
Study intersection at Vine/Lemay
Alta Vista needs sidewalks to park
• Shade trees with irrigation
• Shade shelter / gathering space
• Play elements
• Surfacing to accommodate pedestrian traffic
• Adequate site drainage
• Safety / site lighting
